Deferiet BOA Boundary

The Brownfield Opportunity Area program provides communities with financial and technical expertise to revitalize areas that are vacant or underutilized, including brownfield properties. As part of the Deferiet BOA Nomination, the Village will complete an in-depth analysis of existing conditions and potential redevelopment scenarios for an approximately 627-acre area in the Village of Deferiet and Town of Wilna.
